Tej Johar

Tej has over a decade of experience in Equity Arbitrage, managing significant books at Credit Suisse, BlueCrest Capital and on behalf of Lighthouse Partners. Tej started his career at Credit Suisse in 2010, trading proprietary strategies focused on passive index fund flows. He developed this investment process successfully as Deputy Portfolio Manager at BlueCrest Capital, before starting Broad Bridge Capital as Chief Investment Officer in 2016, an Equity Arbitrage Fund with backing from Lighthouse Partners. As well as managing the investment process for the firm, Tej was also responsible for EMEA Equity Capital Markets for Lighthouse Partners. In 2018 Tej was named in the Forbes '30 under 30' list. Tej graduated from the London School of Economics with a BSc Economics in 2010.
