Ed Barker is a Senior Vice President in Corporate Finance for PGIM Private Capital, located in London. He leads a team responsible for marketing, originating, and managing private placement and mezzanine investments in Midlands, East UK, Northern Home Counties, and Northern Ireland. Prior to joining PGIM in 2006, he worked at a small firm of chartered accountants in Leicestershire, England.

Ed received a BA from Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
