Nicola Tassell

​Nicola Tassell is Senior Managing Director, Global Head of Legal Affairs at the Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments). With over 25 years of experience working with global businesses making international private equity and infrastructure investments and providing general corporate advice. Nicola has deep industry knowledge in fund and investment structures and the legal and regulatory issues impacting global asset managers.
Since joining PSP Investments in 2019, she has been supporting PSP's investment teams in London in several significant acquisitions and disposals (Alpha Trains, Angel Trains, Azelis and establishment of a JV platform with Bridge Industrial) and has also taken on responsibility for managing PSP Investments' legal affairs teams based in Montréal, New York, and London in the provision of legal services for both investment and corporate needs.
Prior to joining PSP Investments, Nicola spent 15 years with 3i Investments plc as Senior Counsel. Nicola holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Spanish law from the University of Kent and a post graduate diploma in legal practice from Oxford University.
